CCB is a closed information sharing system, which means that information is only made available to Participating Institutions. Naturally, the registered persons or entities themselves have access to their own information as well.
Participating Institutions (also referred to as the CCB Members) are institutions that issue some form of credit, which can be mortgages, loans, credit cards, trade credit, overdrafts, etc. All credit issuing institutions can become a member provided that they provide data to CCB (reciprocity principle).
Credit issuing institutions fall into two categories: A-Members, which are those institutions who have the issuing credit as a business objective (e.g. banks) and those who sell goods or services on credit as an add-on component (ancillary service) of selling the goods or service (e.g. telecom companies, or home appliance stores).
If your organization issues credit and you wish to become a Participating Institution (CCB Member) please contact us.
